I founded cellerata because I have a vision to drive and deliver breakthrough Cell Therapy projects alongside with strong professional pioneering teams and organisations. Project Management involves guidance, leadership, connectivity, knowledge and know-how on multiple levels – yet rely on humans working goal-oriented together. It is extremely important for emerging Cell Therapies in the global, cross-functional and organizational context to collaborate on projects.
Typically, projects must navigate a minefield of technical and regulatory issues, capacity constraints, inappropriately defined targets (at the beginning), changing governance structures and intercultural differences. Such factors can seriously impede successful project delivery, resulting in breakdown of communication, open processes and uncompleted tasks and deliverables – time and work consuming reprocessing is then necessary, worst case back to zero.
