We are a dynamic start-up company, boasting extensive Project Management experience and expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. We think outside the box and provide concepts for innovative cell therapy products. We interactively manage projects in a multi-organisational environment. We draw on valuable inputs from external consultants to cover the diversity and complexity of cell therapy products along the value chain.

We work with clients that are developers and manufacturers. This includes academic institutes and clinical sites as well as biotech and pharmaceutical companies. We provide the project management framework to plan and streamline the full clinical life cycle of projects from development to Tech Transfer on to GMP manufacturing. We engage, assess, design, and coordinate with the contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) ensuring that we fully leverage their know-how, technology and capacity.

Cellerata project management uses an interactive tool box that aligns with a digital transformation strategy. In this way, we plan transparently and communicate efficiently project tasks, enable tracking of milestones and targets for agreed deliverables and services on behalf of the customer.

We keep a watchful eye on data confidentiality and data integrity. We guide the project proactively while considering the opinion of the stakeholders at interfaces, decision points and solutions and cover project cost assessment.
